Awaken Past Life Regression, located in Edmonton, Alberta, was created to guide people toward deep inner healing and help them reconnect with their soul’s purpose. Through the powerful method of QHHT, many find that just one session is all it takes to create lasting transformation.
Our mission at Awaken is to do more than heal on an individual level. By helping people find peace within themselves, we aim to raise the vibration of the earth itself, spreading the energy of love, compassion, and peace into a world that needs it now more than ever.

Gillian Verhey
My spiritual journey unfolded when I arrived on a yoga mat for physical healing, in turn, awakening a relationship with the Divine. Finding presence on the Mat became a passion and in 2011 I became a certified yoga teacher, completing my 200hr YTT in Sivananda Hatha Yoga. Since that time I have acquired training in Prenatal Yoga, Areal Yoga, Yoga Nidra and become a certified Vibrational Healer.
Dolores Cannon's work connected with my life's purpose instantly leading to becoming a QHHT Practitioner and an entrepreneur with Awaken Past Life Regression.
Through her work, I have been able to not only come closer to understanding my True Self, but it has allowed me to help others on their path.

QHHT
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), created by Dolores Cannon, is a powerful process for healing and insight. As a certified practitioner, I’ll guide you through this journey.
In the first half, we explore past lives to uncover relevant healing. In the second, we connect directly with your Subconscious—the part of you that holds all the answers. Energy healing naturally occurs, leaving you with clarity, purpose, and the wisdom you seek.
Sessions (4–6 hours) include a pre-talk, regression, and post-talk.

ARH
Alternate Reality Hypnosis (ARH) is an immersive hypnosis session, where you will journey into a parallel reality. An alternate version of your life shaped by different choices and circumstances. As you enter deep relaxation, you’ll explore untapped talents, hidden wisdom, and extraordinary abilities that exist within you.
Guided by your higher self, you’ll gain insights into these alternate gifts and learn how to integrate them into your current life, enhancing your personal and professional growth with clarity and purpose.
Sessions (3–4 hours) include introduction, hypnosis, and post-talk.

Vibrational Healing
Vibrational healing is a holistic approach that uses the natural frequencies of energy to restore balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit. It operates on the principle that everything in the universe, including our bodies, emits a vibrational frequency. When this frequency is disrupted—due to stress, trauma, or illness—vibrational healing techniques help realign and harmonize the body's energy.he goal is to raise one’s vibrational state, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical healing.
